General information

The Biennale Design Store is a new home for contemporary art and design in Diriyah – a physical place for emerging local and international artists to share their work. With a curated offering of exclusive artist collaborations and unique products, the store invites audiences to take a piece of the Biennale home with them.

The store is much more than a traditional gift shop: it is a platform to spotlight the works of emerging artists, illustrators, and designers, particularly from the Arab world. The store will house a rotating collection of limited-edition series that include apparel, decorative and functional objects, and works of art, prioritizing accessibility and quality. Informed by our dedication to nurturing creative expression, we pay special attention to collaborations with budding artists from the region, creating an avenue for them to showcase their creative practices to a wider audience.

The Biennale Design Store aspires to support and engage artists and to put art within reach of all. Through thoughtful curation and meaningful collaborations, we are creating a place where creatives can exhibit their artistic practices, develop relationships within the local creative community, and turn their work into tangible collectibles – expanding on the spirit of the Biennale and offering new opportunities for discovery and delight.
